Mirror Lake

Ron took the day off work and we headed up to Mirror Lake.

We started out the day by heading up Parley's Canyon and over to Kamas.  We stopped and ate at Dick's Drive In.  After lunch, we headed up Mirror Lake Highway.  The drive is beautiful.

I am in love with this picture!  Adorable kiddos in front of a beautiful lake.

The kids had a lot of fun walking around the lake, playing, climbing and throwing rocks.

 

The girls were so excited to find these wildflowers. 

What an amazing lake.  We can't wait to head back up that way again.  We are thinking of maybe going camping up there next summer. 

After the lake, we decided to take the long way home, up through Evanston and back home on I-80.  I wish that Ron had more random days off.  We love spending the day with him.
